Role Overview
Highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior System to support business intelligence, handle freelancing training session, system optimization, and data-driven decision-making across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business systems and data workflows to identify optimization opportunities
Design and implement data models, reports, and dashboards
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define data requirements
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems
Support integration of data across multiple platforms
Generate actionable insights for business and technical teams
Assist in automation of reporting and operational processes
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience in data analysis, systems analysis, or similar roles
Strong understanding of databases, data structures, and data flows
Experience with reporting tools and dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Excel)
Knowledge of SQL and data querying
Ability to translate business needs into technical data solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Desirable (Nice to Have)
Experience with cloud-based data systems
Knowledge of ETL processes
Exposure to automation tools
Experience in enterprise or large-scale systems
